KWS Manufacturing Company, Ltd. Receives National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NBIC) Certification
PRESS RELEASE – FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Burleson, TX – April 14, 2011
KWS Manufacturing Company, one of the largest screw conveyor manufacturers in North America, has received certification to repair process equipment in accordance with the National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NBIC). The certification is referred to as the "R" Stamp. KWS will use the certification for repairing hollow-flight screw processors and jacketed housings as an added service to customers.
Bill Mecke, P.E., President of KWS, states, "KWS will use the "R" Stamp to repair process equipment that is currently in use but not serviced by the original equipment manufacturer. We have been repairing hollow-flight processors made by Christian Engineering and Denver Equipment for many years. Being able to certify the repair work makes the units better than new condition for our customers at a fraction of the cost of new process equipment."
