In an effort to provide its customers with unsurpassed quality and service, KWS has provided its employees with over 4,000 hours of continuous education over the past 12 months.

Some of the course topics cover Leadership, Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, Microsoft Office, and personal development courses, such as Stephen Covey’s “Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.”
