KWS Welcomes Scott Krasuski as Director of Quality
Burleson, TX – August 10, 2026 – KWS Manufacturing Company, LLC, a leader in the design and manufacture of bulk material handling equipment, is pleased to announce that Scott Krasuski has joined the company as Director of Quality.
Scott brings more than 15 years of manufacturing leadership, welding, quality, and operations experience to KWS. His extensive background in managing production teams, improving manufacturing processes, maintaining stringent quality standards, and developing employees will support KWS as the company continues to grow and expand its manufacturing capabilities.
Prior to joining KWS, Scott served as Vice President of Operations for KBK Industries in Liberal, Kansas. In this role, he was responsible for the entire manufacturing operation, including approximately 50 employees, production scheduling, safety compliance, facility maintenance, third-party inspections, welding procedures and certifications, API audits and compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Before joining KBK, Scott spent six years with Kice Industries in Park City, Kansas, as Weld Department Manager. He managed approximately 40 welders and three team leads across two shifts and was responsible for the production of welded assemblies. Scott managed production schedules supporting monthly shipping goals while keeping projects, labor time, and consumable costs on target.

Scott’s technical background includes extensive knowledge of AWS, API, ASME, and AMPP codes and standards. He has earned certifications as a Welding Inspector, Coating Inspector, and Certified Welding Educator and has experience with LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and World Class Manufacturing problem-solving methods.
