Existing OEM Shaftless Spiral was a Unique Design and Not Available
Challenge
The existing OEM shaftless spiral had a unique design that was not readily available. US Borax needed an immediate replacement that would fit properly into the existing equipment and provide reliable operation without modification. The shaftless spiral was constructed from 316 stainless steel with special torque tube designs on both ends.
