Shafts
Shafts are designed to transmit rotation and torque between individual conveyor screw sections and provide radial support at the hanger bearings and trough ends. Stock shafts are manufactured from cold-rolled C-1045 carbon steel. Using a combination of CNC and specially-built jigs, KWS shafts are manufactured to the tightest tolerances available and ensure perfect bolting alignment.
