KWS Special Features

KWS designed, manufactured, and delivered a very special screw conveyor for a food processing company with features to ensure long life. Continuously welded flights mounted on heavy wall pipe ensured the screws were designed to perform beyond expectations. Flights were made of 1/2-inch thick material. Angle flanged troughs were also manufactured with custom-fitted abrasion resistant liners. These AR400 liners guarantee years of uninterrupted performance and production. As part of the assembly, KWS also provided trough ends, drive and end shafts along with any necessary hardware. KWS provided an engineered product in only four days as a testament to our capabilities and customer service.
