KWS Shaftless Screw Conveyors are a wise investment. Lower capital cost and lower overall maintenance are realized from equipment designed to require fewer parts. Better performance is achieved through zero-clearance between the trough and spiral. This improves conveying efficiency and eliminates many of the flow-impeding issues common with shafted screw conveyors. Higher trough loading allows for lower operating speeds. Finally, the KWS Shaftless Screw Conveyor design allows for greater flexibility and efficiency in plant layout, providing for end-to-end, side inlet/discharge and vertical configurations.
